Barcelona are keen to reunite with their prodigal son Neymar this summer. The idea continues to split opinions within the board, the squad and the fans.

Many people are not in support of the move as they believe the Brazilian is overrated and not worth the reported €150m Paris Saint-Germain value him at.

Below are three reasons why they could be right:

* Neymar is past his peak: It's obvious that the Brazilian has fallen off the standard that earned him his world-record move to PSG in 2017. He's been struggling to reach his normal heights since then, with the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Eden Hazard and Luka Modric all leaving him behind.

* He's injury-prone: The winger's recent injury record calls for concern. According to Transfermarkt, he's suffered 15 separate injuries since he switched to Paris and spent 373 days on the doctor's table.

* He isn't loyal: Barca fans felt bad when Neymar betrayed them by leaving PSG in 2017 and he's trying to betray the Ligue 1 giants now to seal a Camp Nou return. Probably not the type of player for a club that stay true to their words of being more than a club.
