Ex-Gunners coach Wenger names one thing he loves about Zidane
French manager Arsene Wenger has praised Zinedine Zidane in an interview for beIN Sports.
"Zidane was touched by angels in his bed when he was a kid and everything he does is successful.
"What I admire with him is that he has kept humility during his career and after now as well as a coach.
"He never teaches lessons to people, his feet are on the ground and you have to respect the man he is more than all the rest.
"In football, you win and you lose, but the man is always there and I think he’s been a great example on that front."
In October 2019, the former Arsenal boss revealed that he had a chance to joins Real Madrid but eventually he turned it down.
“Regret is that maybe I sacrificed a little bit the winning potential against the loyalty potential,” he said. “Or the desire to build up the club and the influence I had on the club."
